Sacred Innocence International, Inc. (SII) works with companies to meet the needs of their employees and families who have suffered the effects of being sexually abused. Companies suffer everydayas employees suffer in silence. Many who have experienced sexual abuse or domestic violence as children and have not gotten help can find it harder to be as productive as someone who has not been abused. Unhealed trauma survivors can experience more depression, self-destructive behaviors, low self-worth, have difficulty in relationships, and lower job productivity. Not all survivors suffer from lower productivity, but they may suffer in silence or shame of anyone finding out about their abuse which can make it harder or longer to produce the same results of someone who wasn’t.
SII’s goal is to bring the resources to help survivors heal with dignity. Survivors are the most underserved population in the world with over 150 million children sexually abused a year worldwide. That means as they become adults, the majority will never get the help they need. This in turn perpetuates the cycle of abuse. If we can partner, your company will directly help this overlooked population.
We offer an employee assistance program (EAP) in either a PE/PM or PM/PM format. We work with small, mid and big sized companies. Our self-service model allows anonymity which helps dispel the shame survivors need in order to get the help they normally would not reach out for.
Your employees and their spouses can access our flexible, self-paced, interactive website in the privacy of their home at a time that is most convenient for them. Our website offers our 14 session training program, healing worksheets, a personal online journal, expert videos, personal assessments, tracking systems and metrics that track patterns in behavior. We have created our own 'healing algorithems' that are the first of its kind and allow survivors to reach real results in their healing journey and ultimately, will help them understand that healing from sexual abuse is possible. We also offer HEAL meditations that offers meditations and trigger calming videos made specifically for survivors.
Most survivors will never seek help from a therapist due to high costs. With over 6.25 million in support groups nationwide we help fill the gap as being a leader in the field of sexual abuse healing and family dynamics.
Your employees will be able to access the HEAL website with a special code given specifically for your company employees. Although the names of the employees remain anonymous you will receive a monthly report of how many are accessing the product. As survivors grow and get healthier they become great contributors to society and help grow your business and become part of your corporate solution. At SII we believe we are creating solutions, by helping survivors become healthier individuals, that are considered critical to the success of corporations. We believe that our works can directly impact business operations on a strategic level by providing resources for survivors to tap into their potential.
SII takes a personal interest in helping survivors through the on-boarding process. We provide a smooth process and provide access to our website and the resources within. Their security of information is our priority and their data will be fully protected. We also provide outside resources with vetted affiliate partnerships.
Though anonymous, employees will participate in assessments that can be reported to the company to show the personal, individual progress. We believe as the individual progresses, you will see a return on investment with greater job productivity. We also provide an annual report showing the impact of all companies we work with.
Our goal is to nurture our relationship with your company into a long-term partnership. By retaining your company as a customer, we can help more survivors. We give companies personal attention and provide tailored solutions. The level of care we offer will be instrumental in retaining and securing survivors. SII sends out emails, flyers, and material to help the survivors understand they have help provided by your company.
